Appliance Shopping and To Buy List

It was last December when I had an appliance shopping. I asked my mom to come with me and we’re going to buy kitchen appliances at the nearby mall. She was happy when she heard it as she’s been asking me to replace some of our old appliance. I bought a Kelvinator refrigerator which I find the metal color very nice and the size perfect for our house. It’s also a self defrost ref so I will not have a hard time defrosting every now unlike our old ref.

I also bought a bigger washing machine with dryer. It seems that our laundry woman is having a hard time washing our bed sheets so my mom insisted on getting a bigger one. Our shopping doesn’t stop there because we also bought 3 electric fans for our home. The old ones are then given to my brother and can be used as spare when we need it. So far, I’m happy with our purchases and I intend of buying more soon.

I’ve been meaning to buy an LCD TV and soon we’ll have one. I already asked my sis overseas to buy us one and she’ll bring it when she gets back home here this year. It’s always thrilling to buy appliances for the house and next on my to buy list are blender, mini oven and new Corell dinnerware. I hope that I can save more this year so that come December I can already buy what I wanted.

Ceiling Fans: Keeping Us Cool

If you’re living in a tropical county just like me, I guess you’ve experience having a warm climate all throughout the year. There are times that the weather can be too hot or just too unbearable so we have no choice but to find ways on how we can keep our family and ourselves cool. Summer months can be a pain so we need to install air-conditioning units or use electric fans.

Not all homeowners can afford installing an aircon at their homes, so the best choice that they have is to buy ceiling fans, desk fans and other types, which is much more affordable. Aside from that, using fans can be energy saving as well. We can save some bucks by not using aircon all the time.

Not only tropical countries uses a ceiling fan, in fact you can even see it all over the globe where the need of that kind will arise.

All I Want for Christmas

It's 32 more days and it's Christmas already. Are you starting to buy your Christmas presents already? I do, as I hate the Christmas rush where there are more people shopping and cramming to find gifts. If you also shop a little  bit late, chances are the items that you'll buy is already out of stock, so if I were you, start buying now.

I'm sure the Black Friday sale in the US will also be a good opportunity for shoppers to score a great deal. My twitter friends are getting super excited over the sale as they are shopping as well. I'll just wait for a friend's items that she will be selling and hope that I'll find nice bag (yes.. bag again!).

Aside from that, I planned on replacing our old and about to give up washing machine and electric fans and I promised my mom that we'll be buying them this December. I also wanted to have one of those lg tvs that I found online and with only $229.99 as a price, I'm getting tempted already.
LGHDTV
I'm sure it'll be more fun to watch my fave TV shows and movies using this 19" LCD HDTV. Maybe next year,  I can buy this already but for the meantime, this will goes to my wish list.
