Do What You Feel is Best For You

Hey all, I hope you are all excited for the holidays like I am. I've been listing all the things that I want to accomplish this month, the shopping, work and many more. I'm also planning our Christmas food together with my sister in law and I hope we can come up with a nice menu for Christmas.

Anyway, I've been bothered with some thoughts and problems of a friend right now. Not that it is life threatening but still it has a big impact on the way she visions and carries herself. I told her that she just do what ever she feels is best for her, whether she likes to splurge on something, take weight loss pills, live alone or take a break from work as long as she will not hurt anybody and as long as she feels it will be good for her.
