Ok I admit I am not a good cook and definitely don’t have a passion for cooking but lately I found myself holding the pan and stirring spoon. I used to cook for our family once in a while but not all the time. My knowledge in cooking is limited to simple recipes only but I guess if will have all the proper ingredients, tools and ample time to do it then for sure I’ll master this craft as well.

About 2 weeks ago I cooked a special lunch for our family that every one loved (of course they must hehe!!). I made a fruit salad the night before our Sunday lunch and Buffalo wings, crabs with oyster sauce and chili crabs. Actually I just got the recipe online and thought of trying it and they turned our good so for sure I will cook them once again.

No, I may be late few minutes but I am usually on time as I hate waiting too.

Hmm… I guess both for me, in the family we don’t say I love you to each other as it seems corny or too formal for us.
Which would you rather have: a high salary or job satisfaction?
I’ll be hypocrite if I will not say I want a high salary but I reckon before I can have that I have to work on that and do good on my job.

If you could be anywhere right now where would you be?

Although I am enjoying my life here in this side of the world. I can’t help but think of having another vacation out of country. I know we’ll be going to Hongkong this December, i really really would love to go to Paris. I don’t know it’s been ages that I’ve been dreaming of going there but with the looks of it it will only stay as a dream. But like they say, dream do come true right? I am still hoping that one day I will go there and see the Eiffel Tower haha.

I also want to go to Australia evenhtough I’ve been there for 3 times already. My sis and her family is living there so I have every reason of wanting to go there. Australia is a very beautiful country and going there and having a vacation is just pure bliss.

Twenty years ago, I never imagined that I will be in for a ride that is the world wide web. It has become a part of me that a day is not complete if I am not connected. Call it addiction, but that probably is what it is. I even own a number of sites where I can share my thoughts in the internet. I went home early tonight as it was so hot even before the rain starts to drop. I felt so exhausted and could not even breathe. Blame it on the humidity and too hot weather… arghhh… Upon reaching home I immediately slumped on my bed as I was too tired. Dinner was served and it was a sumptuous one. Thanks to my mom who’s been cooking for the two of us, meal is always ready even before I arrived. She knows that I am tired so she’ll never expect me to cook when I got home.

I still have allergies on my hands and feet and that is quite unsightly to see but it;s manageable. I am not comfortable with my work place here at home so I’m wishing I can have a good chair and table. I am not productive when I’m not comfy. Tired that I am . I am snoozing in a minute or so

Have you heard the shocking news lately when a woman and her 3 year old daughter that was run over by a big bus in EDSA? The mother survived but her right arm was amputated but her daughter was so unfortunate because it died on the spot. This is so heartbreaking and it was even caught in the CCTV camera. Though it is an accident, the driver should have been alert and responsible for he has done. I guess the driver is in jail right now.

I also would like to remind those vehicle owners who really have no conscience while parking on the no parking zone. I wish the motorhome towing will caught them and be fined for doing that. Some drivers just park and not minding that they are obstructing others and sometimes cause traffic.

Hiya, It’s Monday once again and can you notice that time is like a speeding bullet? It’s a brand new week and some people hate Mondays especially those working 9-5 and hurrying up to go to work. Anyway, I thought of answering these questions, so here it goes.

What is the first thing you notice about people?
I always notice people’s smiles. If they smile at me then probably they can get a smile back from me. That is if I know them hehehe. There are different smiles though, some are sarcastic, fake and sincere.

What fashion trend do you just not get?
Call me not fashionable but I just can’t dig those gladiator shoes that some women wear. Not all people can pull this of so don’t be a victim. I’ve seen a woman who wears one and oh dear she looks like she’s going to battle with Goliath.. LOL
