While others are desperately thinking what is the best way to lose weight for them, here I am trying hard to gain some weight. You see, my weight is kinda stuck at 94 lbs. after being sick last month and I'm trying to bring it back to 96 or maybe 98 lbs. which is my ideal weight.
The problem with me is that, with the hopes of making myself gain extra pounds, I eat too much in a day but I have the tendency to have dyspepsia after doing that. It's pretty hard to have indigestion as I experience pain in the upper abdominal pain, bloating and fullness all throughout the day. To avoid that, I have no choice but to control my food intake as well.
I hope I can gain my ideal weight soon as I don't want to be skinny because I always look very old and pitiful when I thin.
