I had a time this afternoon to kinda blog hop for a while since I have not done this for a long..long… I say really long time. Been so busy with online works and of course with my designing digital scrapbooking kits that’s why I have no time to blog hop. There are also times that I missed reading the feeds on my google reader.

Anyway, I wanted to update myself with what is going on with other bloggers when I stumbled into this blog where she blogs in our own native language. Wow, I’m only at the 1st paragraph of her entry when I decided not to read it anymore. Yay.. Hirap palang magbasa din ng entry in Tagalog and I’m sure it’s even harder to write. I’m not saying I’m good in writing in English for I know I’m not because I always have grammar issues…lol

I guess, it’s just her forte to write in Filipino and so I respect that.

The weather is too gloomy since yesterday and I can’t help myself not to take a nap even it’s already 5pm yesterday. Why not? The cool weather is just too conducive to sleep. Woke up when it’s time for dinner and I just worked late last night. The rain is non-stop until I sleep and I prayed that no floods and no people would be injured that night.

My niece texted me that she can’t come home early last night as the traffic was so severe due to constant raining. I’m just so worried about her and praying that she’ll be fine and that she will not be injured of any kind. The recent 8.9 magnitude earthquake that happened in Japan few months ago made my cousin come back home unexpectedly. He was stationed in Japan as one of the mechanical engineers for their company and eventhough his training and work were not yet done, their company decided to let them go home because during that time, the nuclear threat was already becoming intense.

I could not help myself but to feel sad and scared when my cousin is relaying stories about their ordeal. He was just so frightened and even thought that it was already the end of the world. The series of aftershocks made them so panicky but thankfully, he is back in the country now. He is still working up to now and I’m not sure when and where he’ll be stationed once again. I learned that he has a new car and a girlfriend and I’m excited for him. He is also in a marrying age, but I hope he’d invest first on something like say gold apart from his motorbikes and car.

I’d be more than happy to refer him at US Gold Bureau where he can buy gold bullion, coins or other precious metals. This is for his future and if he plans of settling down, then he’s already have other investments.

Almost all my twitter friends already own their Panasonic Lumix 5 digital camera and I was left wishing that I also had the same. Fortunately, I’m not too easy to be influenced with their shopping madness because If I was, then I’m already a proud member of the lumix club.

I just recently bought a new Canon ixus point and shoot camera and my Canon DSLR camera is still working (but too bulky to carry around) so adding another camera is already overkill, I reckon. I need to priorities some other things since owning a lumix can wait. Who knows, the price will drop and a new much improved version will come out if I decide to get one already. I’m still not giving up the dream of having one. In fact, I have read some camera reviews, saw sample shots and heard good raves about this camera. I have to say that it’s not far behind from DSLR in terms of quality, only it is more portable and can easily fit my small bag.

I was seating in the living last night, trying to get some rest after a half day of online writing when all of a sudden the thoughts of a friend just enter in to my mind. Made me think that she’s a supermom and also picture myself in her shoes. I guess, if you’re really a mom and a parent you’ll do whatever it takes for your family even if your health is at stake.

Juggling 2 jobs at a time is not a joke and I have to remind her to take it a little bit slow because once she gets sick, it may not be worth it. Her hands are full with her work and family life. She’s also been bothered between term v permanent insurances. However, knowing my friend, she can manage all the hard work and sacrifices with flying colors. She is good at time management anyway. I’m just wishing her all the best in her career and family life.

Before I even stop drinking coffee, I have this special mug that I used everyday. It was given to me by my sister one Christmas and perfect to sip my hot coffee each morning. I still use it though, not for my coffee anymore but for drinking water.

I still want to own new ceramic coffee mugs that I can use, maybe with my picture or name in it. It’s also perfect gift ideas as personalized items are in thing these days.

My bestfriend resigned from her office work for about 2 years already to become a WAHM. She prayed for it to come as she’s been getting burned out with the office work and the fact that she’s not happy with what she’s doing. Finally, the day came when she no longer have to wake up early and prepare to go to work and go home at night feeling exhausted and drained.

She became a WAHM: working online but still have lots of ample time as a wife and a mother. She enjoyed it as what she’s been telling me but lately, an opportunity to go back to office world knocked on her door. She was still undecided and confused. She wanted to stay at home with the kids and still work but part of her wants to work outside her home for added income.

Right now, she has accepted the work as part time in the office. It was an offer from a co-worker before that she can’t refuse. She’s contemplating if she’ll accept to work everyday once again and just do her online works maybe early in the morning before going to the office or after work. I can see her really thinking hard these days but I know that God will guide her on her decisions. The question is, can she still do her online works and her office job as the same time without feeling too exhausted? That, she can only decide.

I wish her the best and maybe this is the start of something new for her once again. Good luck bes!

I was deeply moved about a story I once read about a mother having a hard time letting go of her daughter who is so terminally ill with the cancer of the bones. She could not grasp the reality about the fact that her daughter will sooner or later come join hands with her creator. It brought me into tears while reading all her sentiments and all the memories she’s been relaying and even though I have no kid of my own, I can feel the pain of losing someone because I experienced that already in my life. It’s hard but that’s the reality. We have to be ready for whatever circumstances that will come.

Lots of her friends are praying beside her and giving her enlightenment and of course a mother cannot give up just like that. She’s still showing bravery but from time to time, she’ll just burst into tears. She’s praying for the strength to let go and I’m sure that time will come.

Sickness in the family is really burdensome most especially if you see your kids suffer. I know it’s not easy to see anyone go through dialysis, chemotherapy or even mesothelioma treatments but with prayers and support from family and friends, anyone can past through that. We just need to seek higher guidance from above.

I was at home. My niece and nephew where in the house right beside ours as my SIL and bro where at work. From time to time, I check on them and see what they are doing. Sometimes kids leave a lot of mess at their house esp. when their parents are out.

It was one hot day and when I saw my dog, I could not help see her look like she’s also feeling the scorching heat so I decided to give her bath. Ahhh.. she was refreshed after that. With her thick coat, I’m pretty sure she wished she had none..lol

I am thankful for…all the works that I’m getting and I could not believe that the Lord is blessing me like that.

From the kitchen…I cooked our lunch early at 9:30 am because I hate to get up once I’m sitting in front of my computer and I’m working already.
