Kids were so excited to open the gifts they got from Santa on Christmas morning but it was our family tradition to open our exchange gifts after dinner time on Christmas day. Kids (but also adults) could not contain their excited to see what’s inside the wrapped gifts. My youngest niece would even find the gifts with her name written on it and then guard it ..lol She so funny! She would also try to guess what is the gift and would giggle with so much delight.

Christmas is a time for giving and even though there are times that money is hard, giving just a small present to each of us is already big enough. We don’t need too much expensive or glamorous gifts for what matters most is that you share and remember your loved one during Christmas day.

We’re looking forward for the next Christmas and I’m sure we’ll all enjoy opening them once again. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year all!

Though our country is experiecing yet another big disaster because of what typhoon SENDONG has done, that doesn’t stop us from celebrating Christmas. I’ll just be praying that all the provinces greatly affected by the disaster will stand on their feet back again.

May we also know the true meaning of Christmas. It’s not all about gifts and new toys/dresses etc. but it’s more about the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, spirit of giving and sharing, love and fun. Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!

That is my day so I will enjoy and give myself some rewards. I’m not sure if I’m also going out with a friend or niece. Actually, I’m just thinking of shopping alone with no one in tow so I can go to any stores that I want without thinking someone if she’s bored or tired following me from there to there. Ahhh.. I can’t wait to shop! I just need to know what I want and need.

Christmas decors is almost everywhere, I can see twinkling lights on the streets and some home already and how can you not be giddy for Christmas when almost all are ready for Christmas.

I bet some of you are already making your shopping list or may have started buying some of the gifts this early. Why not? Buying gifts this early is proven to be more practical as malls still have lots of stocks on their items and have not marked up their prices yet. The grocery will also be filled with shoppers too for their holiday feast and stores will be packing and supplying stocks using their material handling gadgets. Ahhh.. I’m picturing crowded stores plus huge traffic on the streets. Oh well… it goes along with Christmas anyway.

Wow, it’s more or less 73 days left and Christmas time once again. Actually, I have started ordering online some of my small gifts for some of my relatives and I’m very sure that it will arrive right in time for the holidays even though it will come from Hongkong. I have not thought of putting up a Christmas tree because it’s too early yet but there are some who have already started to decorate their house.

I think I’m making or ordering holiday cards online for I want to send personalized cards this year to my relatives most especially those that are already residing overseas. I know, some of you just prefer e-cards but I reckon it’ll be more special if they will receive physical Christmas cards.

What about you, have you started preparing for the holidays??

To tell you the truth, aside from working and tweeting over online, I was glued on my sit watching the pre-Royal Wedding special and the ceremony itself. Our local TV network QTV 11 started their special around 3 pm and the TV was on till evening.

The wedding craze has spread like wildfire in the internet, social networking sites, newspapers and mostly on TV. It’s been days that I’ve been seeing and hearing about Prince William and Kate Middleton. The craze became wilder today at their wedding at the Abbey and just watching the event on TV made me excited as well.

Kate’s gown was simple yet elegant and timeless and she was beautiful though she was a little bit thin unlike before. Prince William is gorgeous as well but I think he needs a best hair loss treatment already, wink..wink.. as his hair is receding already. Their wedding is grand and of course it has captured the attention of millions of people around the globe and that includes me.

Hmm.. just thinking when will I meet my Prince William too? If ever he’ll not come then that would be fine… sob sob…

Here’s one wedding that I find very nice. Cy and Kai’s beach wedding was so beautiful and Boracay made it more special and memorable for them. I also love the pastel colored pinwheels & umbrellas, destination wedding dresses, the white sand and all. It’s just so inspiring.

Watch the video by Jason Magbanua, so you’ll know what I’m talking about.

A highschool friend sent a message yesterday while I was busy with some works and going in and out of my computer shop to run some errands. She told me that a highschool classmate of ours came home from Japan for a brief vacation and ask them to be with him in a dinner at one of the restaurants.

They’ll be going out for dinner and watch a band and she told me that she’ll just text me the venue and the time later. Geesh, I didn’t know that she was texting me and even called me on my cellphone that night asking me to come but too bad I didn’t hear her text and call because my cellphone was inside my bag. It was only this morning when I saw her text and missed call.

Anyway, saw their photos at facebook and I got envy because I missed the fun. There are tons of food and the guys looked so full after eating their meal. I should have teased them that need best fat burners for men if they’ve eaten too much. I hope I can attend next time if there’s another gathering and I just hope that they’ll advise me ahead of time so I can prepare.

I’m too busy with my Christmas shopping, attending parties and thinking of what to serve for my family on Christmas eve and day and I’m sure you’re also doing the same. I have done with my shopping and even though I wasn’t able to buy gold coins as gifts, I’m sure my family will cherish the presents that I have for them as I bought and picked it with love. If I’ll have enough budget next year, I know that US Gold Bureau is a good place to purchase gold as an investment.

Anyway, I hope you all have a great Christmas and we may all know the true meaning of it.
